REGISTRATION
FEES
Registration fees include all morning & afternoon teas, lunches,
welcome drinks, admission to the trade exhibition and attendance
at all presentations and sessions. Please note that because the
number of delegates has far exceeded expectations, the dinner is fully
booked. The registration fees have therefore been reduced from their
original amounts.

Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located on the 1st floor of the hotel.
The desk will be be open:
Wednesday October 21 - 4pm till 6.30pm
Thursday October 22 - 8am till 5pm
Friday October 23 - 8am till 4pm

Refund
Policy
All registration fees must be paid within 14 days of an invoice
being issued or in advance of the date of attendance. Whichever date
occurs first, applies.
A cancellation fee of $75 will apply to any registration
cancelled before August 31, 2009
• No refund
will be given after that time, however an alternate person may attend
• If
an invoice is unpaid and cancellation is not received within 14 days
of a conference/course/seminar, payment will be pursued.
While every
effort will be made to run advertised conferences/courses/seminars, Sapro
Conference Management reserves the right to vary the advertised schedule.
Minimum numbers are required for all events to run as scheduled. Sapro
is not responsible for lost monies due to the cancellation of the event
within the above timeframes.
