WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE?

The 2009 ANZONA Conference, “You Break it – We fix it” will discuss and debate contemporary advances and future trends in orthopaedic / trauma / sports injury management and care. The conference committee wishes to celebrate the many and varied roles orthopaedic clinicians undertake, within the two-day conference program.

The conference title aims to encapsulate the following themes as it relates to orthopaedic / trauma / sports injury clinical practice:

  • To provide an opportunity to discuss and debate contemporary advances and future trends in clinical care
  • To promote professional excellence through sharing examples of clinical innovation
  • To facilitate discussion on advanced practice / extended clinical roles
