fee structure

The decision to employ a PCO is usually made on perceived cost, not their ability to deliver a well-organised event.  We are up-front about our fees.  They must be sufficient for us to provide qualified, capable staff to assure the success of the event.

Our fee structure is based on actual hours worked and from our experience gained from conferences of a similar nature, size and duration. Our fees can be built into the registration fees, eliminating a direct cost to the organising committee.

Our fees cover our labour and overheads costs and are calculated on the following points;

  • the realistic number of full-time/associates/day delegates expected to attend
  • the number of speakers and complexity of the business program
  • any pre/post event meetings such as AGM’s, board meetings
  • the pre/post tour program requirements
  • the number of style of social events activities
  • the duration of the event
  • expected number of committee meetings

At the conclusion of the conference, we will provide you with a full post-conference analysis and evaluation, including full financial reports and registration data.

"This year's national conference of the Ergonomics Society of Australia was a resounding success. We were prepared to run the event at break-even or at a small loss, but instead we made a profit.

The few teething problems that we faced you solved with great equanimity, indeed you were so easy to deal with that I began to feel that running a conference wasn't so difficult after all! This was a feeling I returned to many times, especially during the conference when, with your support, I felt confident and relaxed, was able to enjoy myself, attend many papers and even presented my own.

Best of all we could afford your services!

I will have no hesitation in using your services next time we run an event."
