We ensure that every consideration is given to managing and reporting the budget in the client’s best interest, while delivering and upholding quality event management services. As the event manager Sapro manages the budget and all financial activities.
We use a dedicated budget account for conference financial management. This enables us to provide regular and detailed reports, monthly reconciliations and a final statement suitable for internal audit purposes.
