Sapro provide a highly organised, efficient and quality service in all facets.  As part of general planning, we establish realistic objectives and timelines for all activities associated with the successful outcome of the event, and in the lead-up constantly measure and report on the current progress.

From the initial appointment Sapro will participate in a meeting of all members of the committee to ensure there is a clear and documented statement of each other’s roles. This establishes communication between the two parties and will assist in a clear understanding of the comprehensive range of services we will deliver on behalf of the committee, or the main committee portfolios, and how they interrelate with those tasks carried out by your conference management team.

As a key stakeholder, Sapro would attend most of not all committee and sub-committee meetings and present a report on progress. Sapro will coordinate all meetings and maintain and distribute minutes of the conference. This includes determining a schedule for meetings, advice of meetings and circulation of agendas.
