Sponsorship is one of the major issues in ensuring the financial success of a conference and is the key to keeping registration fees at reasonable levels.
We will assist and develop a proposal and distribute copies to potential sponsors.
Sapro can help you to maximise the benefits of every form of sponsorship, from financial contributions or product to guest speakers. We will assist in the initial assessment of entitlements and contribution levels and the production of the proposal document.
If you have existing relationships with sponsors, you may wish to undertake the initial approaches yourself. Following a successful approach, Sapro will develop a contract with the sponsor and liaise with them to ensure a close and mutually beneficial working relationship with the committee, right up to and during the event.
