As a leading event manager in Adelaide, Sapro has an outstanding record for developing and managing trade exhibitions of all types.
Sapro develops a detailed exhibition budget. We call for submissions from exhibition companies to provide floor plans and supply and erect all the necessary equipment. The exhibition company will prepare kits for exhibitors, which provide opportunities for hire of additional equipment or for custom built stands.
We produce a professional and comprehensive proposal setting out the benefits of participation, likely delegate profile, costs, a floor plans and other relevant information. These proposals are mailed to individuals - not generic positions within a company. We will liaise with the exhibitors on an ongoing basis.
A senior Sapro staff member is appointed as the on-site coordinator to liaise with exhibitors.
